Birmingham Central Baptist Church is a friendly, growing, multi-cultural fellowship situated right within the heart of the city. We aim to serve Jesus Christ in the local community, bringing glory to His name through our worship, and communicating His love through our evangelistic outreach and practical ministry. Sunday worship is varied and offers a good mix of modern and traditional styles, children's activities run alongside the adult teaching time. All of our congregation, young and older, are encouraged to take an active part within the life of the church. Mid week meetings, study groups, and a youth program, as well as social activities for young people and Senior's ensure that we are an active, vibrant part of the community in Springhill.

They have a diversity of church experience between them, Paul having been a part of the Salvation Army in his childhood and early teens, and Liz during her teen years attending Methodist and Pentecostal churches. It was while they were in membership at West Bromwich Baptist Church that they began to feel God's calling to ministry upon their lives and with the church's blessing began the process towards ordination and pastoral ministry resulting in them coming to BCBCS.
In May 2009 their son Nathan was born...
